-0165 (2)(c) There is a long electric cable in the playroom at ground level and it is not secured. Also the phone cord charger on the kitchen counter is too long. -0165 (3)(a) In the outdoor area was what a gardening tool with sharp pointy edge, that was not secured. On the ground was the head blade of a razor. -0165 (4)(f) The stairway that leads to the upstairs was not secured well, during childcare hours. -0165 (5)(a) In the liviingroom and dining area were some electric outlets are not tamper resitant; some have covers that are not well secured.
